We are hiring:

NODE is looking for a Project/Studio Manager in Berlin

NODE is a graphic design studio based in Berlin and Oslo working for a diverse range of clients from cultural institutions to individuals and corporations. We are currently looking for a full-time Project/Studio Manager for our Berlin office.

Responsibilities include:
* Traffic management
* Workload dispatch
* Keeping track of deadlines and schedules
* Communicate with our designers, interns, clients and production companies, both in Germany and abroad.
* Bookkeeping, invoicing, making and requesting estimates
* Design studio process improvements
* Organizing the studio

Required skills, abilities and qualifications:
* Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize workloads and work under pressure
* Thorough written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Native German speaker
* Very good command of the English language
* Knowledge of procedures and workflow for graphic design, both for print and digital production
* Financial awareness and ability to estimate accurately and manage budgets
* Attention to detail with a focus on quality and maintaining high standards
* Ability to work independently to achieve goals established in a team environment
